Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is highly treatable with meditations that switch off the Stress Response and switch on the Relaxation Response. We tend to think of PTSD as something that happens when we experience a traumatic event(s) as described below. But another type of PTSD can come from growing up in a moderate-to-severely dysfunctional family system… This type is referred to as COMPLEX PTSD.
